Knowledge Base

Overview

Knowledge Bases serve as your central repository of reference documents that the AI uses to generate accurate and context-aware responses. Each Knowledge Base can contain multiple files—either uploaded directly or linked from your existing file repository.

Only Super Admins, Org Admins, and Workspace Admins can access the Knowledge Base tab.
