Review Q/A

The Review QnA section allows you to validate QnAs before they are used:

1. View QnAs by document type
2. Check each question and answer for accuracy and relevance
3. Actions available:
   1. Approve: Mark QnA as ready for use
   2. Reject: Remove or flag incorrect or irrelevant QnAs
   3. Edit: Modify the question or answer if needed
