Integrations - Adobe Sign
Step 1: Open and set the Adobe Acrobat Sign API settings through Adobe Acrobat Sign Login — Sign in to your e-signature account. .This is a one-time step and only admins need to log in.
Step 2: Upon Login with valid credentials, Navigate to “API” section to access “API Applications”.
Step 3: Click on the “+” button and enter the ”Name” and “Display Name” details. Then after, Select the domain as ‘Customer’ and click “Save”.
Step 4: Click on the Name/Application ID that is created and navigate to “Configure OAuth for Application”.
Step 5: In “Redirect URL”, paste the link- “https://doc.inncircles.ai/home/integrations/adobe-sign” and enable the required scopes mentioned below:
- agreement_read
- agreement_write
- webhook_read
- webhook_write and click save.
Step 6: Navigate to “Webhooks” section and create a custom webhook clicking on the “+” sign
Step 7: Provide a Name to the webhook and add the following webhook: https://api.doc.inncircles.ai/adobe-sign-webhook
Step 8: Further navigate to events to select “Agreement and then “Agreement all events”
Step 9: Select the following checkboxes:
- Agreement Info
- Agreement Document Info
- Agreement Participant Info
- Agreement Signed Document, then click “Save”
Step 10: Open the application created and take note of the values:
- Application ID
- Client Secrets
Step 11: Login on https://doc.inncircles.ai/login with the respective credentials.

Navigate to Integrations (Home Screen) → Adobe Sign

Provide the respective values:
- Client Key = Application ID
- Client Secret Key = Secret Key
Step 12: After clicking on save changes, click on the ‘Connect’ button to enable Adobe Sign for LOR.
Step 13: You will be now redirected to the Acrobat Sign-in page. Login and click on ‘Allow Access’. InnDoc AI is now successfully integrated with Adobe Sign.
Step 14: Once allowed for access, users will be redirected to InnDoc AI confirming the grant of consent.
