Exporting questionnaires

Once you have completed answering a questionnaire in Innform, you can export the entire questionnaire and its answers as a PDF.

How to Export

1. Complete all answers and approvals within the questionnaire.

2. Click the Export button

3. Download the file

   

Tips

Ensure all answers are approved and finalized before exporting for official use.

Exported PDFs include answers, comments, and sources, providing a complete record of the questionnaire.
