Secure document sharing

• Click the "Share" button to securely share documents with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring appropriate access levels. Detailed explanation of access levels is mentioned below.

Role-based access control:

1. Viewer: Can only view the document.
2. Commenter: Can add comments but cannot edit the document.
3. Editor: Can edit the document.
4. Restricted: Can limit the document from specific users.

Sharing via secure links

• Users can generate a shareable link and set access levels and then anyone with the link can access the document based on the assigned role.
