• The Chat with AI feature in InnDoc AI provides users with an interactive chatbot designed to engage with uploaded documents.
• This feature enhances document review and understanding by enabling users to engage in real-time AI-driven contextual conversations.

Accessing the AI Chatbot

• Users can navigate to the "Chat with AI" tab to start interacting with the InnDoc AI Chatbot

• The chatbot is designed to facilitate document analysis by answering queries, summarizing content, and providing key insights.
• Once a document is uploaded, the chatbot automatically generates dynamic questions based on the document's content.

• These AI-suggested questions allow users to quickly extract critical information without manually searching through the document.

• Users can also ask custom questions related to the document's content, and the chatbot will generate relevant responses.
• For a more comprehensive analysis, users can reference linked documents directly within the chat by using the '@' icon, ensuring cross-document insights in a single conversation.

• InnDoc AI offers flexibility in how responses are displayed. Users can predefine the chatbot’s response format as a Table or Graph, enabling structured data visualization for a more intuitive understanding.

• Interactive graphs can be generated based on user prompts, making complex information easier to analyze and interpret.

Responses with relevant sources

• Responses are generated in real time based on the document’s context.
• Every response includes source tooltips, which provide:
  • Extracted source text relevant to the response.
  • Page number reference, allowing users to verify the information in the document.

Chat History

• The "Chat History" feature enables users to track and revisit past conversations with the chatbot and can be accessed from the “History” Icon at the top right corner of the Chatbot
• Users can rename chat titles to organize discussions based on specific queries or topics for better accessibility.
