suggestion
More of a suggestion, when utilizing the checklist review. It would be helpful to be able to move the pop up box.
accepting and rejecting with track changes ON
Once we are in agreement I do see that Final version mode is available to clean up the document BUT I as the author of the document need to be allowed to accept or reject the revisions to create the clean version. As of right now that is not the case. For example, They strike a portion, I comment reject strike. If I select Final mode, the program agrees to the strike. For this same reason I go line by line when working in microsoft word to ensure the agreed upon document is created for final signature. As of right now if I attempt to accept or reject anything nothing happens. The track change continues to exist AND I believe this why I was unable to export the document.
Signatures
I just sent a document for signature. First how do I add people as CC parties so that they receive the fully executed copy as well? Will I the author and the signature parties receive an email with the signed document just as I do with Adobe Sign? When I send the document for signature does is lock the document like Adobe sign? I will need this to be the case so that no signing party may revise at that point for safety issues. It did not require me to drag and drop signature lines, names, date, initials like adobe sign requires. I do not utilize the auto fill when utilizing Adobe sign but use the drag and drop boxes or click box indicator so that not every line on the document is available for editing at that point. I also like to add in initial "repeat on all pages" even if this is not a request or line. I didn't see how to do this either.
Checklist refresh
I ran the check list analysis then read any alerts it flags. A few we would be fine with so I changed it from the orange flag notation to the green flag check box. When I hit refresh after to see the compliance rate and risk rate recalibrated to account for the change, it does not. It just refreshes to the original analysis.
Notifications
Once I have reviewed a document have sent my revisions to the client with share link , How will I know when the client has reviewed the document and countered/responded to my revisions? Will I receive an email notification? Is there a submit button that would send me that notification?
Internal Comments
During our initial demo, we were shown that we have the ability to add Comments to a document. However,
these comments can be seen when we share that document externally (outside of our organization). Would it be
possible to create another comment section where we can post/reply INTERNALLY on documents? The chat
feature is nice, but does not have the full functionality of the Comments (commenting on a specific place in the
document, replying to comments, etc).
